The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, we aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 5 days of delivery. The custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
