Can you customize an arrangement?
Of course! We love bringing your creative ideas to life, so if you need to order a custom piece, you can send a request through email. Please, provide as many details as possible about the piece you want, and if we have any questions, we will contact you.
How much time do you need to make an arrangement?
Usually, it takes us around three days to make an arrangement. However, the time can vary depending on the complexity of the order. We will be able to tell you the exact time when we receive your order.
Do you offer discounts?

Do you have free delivery?
We have free delivery in North New Jersey. The delivery rates differ, depending on your location. You can find more information about the cost of delivery when you place your order. Can your arrangements be placed outside?
Yes! Our arrangements can be placed anywhere: in your home, office, or front yard. They are made from high-quality materials that withstand low temperatures and will look just as new even if you keep them in your garden.
How are the bouquets packaged for delivery?
We always ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and ready for immediate use. We package each flower arrangement using our proprietary packaging methods. They prevent damage and allow you to just open the box and immediately put the arrangement in your intended location. The flower arrangement is strapped into a foam cushion and secured to the bottom of the box, which prevents the flowers from shifting and damaging. There are easy removal instructions in each box.

What materials do you use in your arrangements?
We use the highest-quality materials to create our flower arrangements. The selection of materials differs according to the flowers you choose, but the most common materials we use include various fabrics, synthetic, and poly-resin materials.
How long will my arrangement last?
You don’t have to worry that your flowers will die after a few days; they are everlasting! Our artificial flowers only require a bit of dusting, without any cleaning solutions — and they will look like new. They are made of durable materials, and to ensure their longevity, place them out of direct sunlight. If you require an arrangement for an area in direct sunlight, we advise you to choose a UV-protected arrangement. We can also advise you on the best solution, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
Are your arrangements environmentally friendly?
Artificial flowers are believed to be a great alternative to fresh flowers in terms of carbon footprint. Real flowers last for one week. You buy artificial flowers once, and they last you for years!
